Pristine Clean Car Wash

I paid $9 for a car wash that didn’t wash my car, a vacuum that didn’t work, and wasn’t able to get a receipt when requested. Attached is a picture of the top of my car right after I left the wash. Don’t waste your money here.

My car did get washed that the good part of this. i went at 730am and there were no trash cans available. I didnt notice until after i had paid to get my car washed. I had to go to the other car wash to vacuum the car. There is a sign that says 24/7 car wash and what about the vacuums? They barely had any suction so im not sure what they would've cleaned anyway other than that it was an ok experience.

We didn’t get a rinse! We came out of it with just soap and for $13 I expect way better. Even though our experience was horrible the customer service was great. We were able to get a second wash by calling which is a hassle but at least we didn’t leave with a “Soap wash” lol. I’d stay away from the far right one!

The coin slot for the touch free wash needs to be fixed. I always come here when it's time to clean/wash my car. I usually don't use the cash option, but today I did. The quarter slot (for the touch free wash) ate a whole dollar without registering any of the quarters, so I assume they got stuck somewhere in the machine.

Extremely disappointed. Used to come here regularly because it was reasonably priced and had good, free vacuums. Today was complete opposite- car was sopping wet after it was “dried” with the air dryer, and still filthy. When I came around to vacuum, they had been updated to require a card to use- problem is, none of them worked. There was a sign too for free vacuums- how would that with a card reader? Couple on the copious amount of trash on the ground… just very disappointing. Won’t be returning and planning on a chargeback.
